The Demand team at Equativ is a group of online advertising experts who help bring Equativ programmatic solutions to market. They build long-term relationships with strategic Demand partners, representing some of the largest players in the AdTech industry, and guide them to maximize their investment.

The Demand department is a critical component of driving Equativ adoption and shaping the future of an industry leader.

About the Job

Equativ is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated individual to join our AdOps team as a Traffic Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work hands-on within the front lines of the online advertising industry.

You will be responsible for a variety of internal and external management functions, including the creation, monitoring, and optimization of our Managed Service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be an expert on the Equativ demand tools.
  • Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Equativ platforms according to advertisers' objectives.
  • Perform day-to-day monitoring of the campaigns' performance and apply proper optimization to achieve the best KPIs.
  • Measure the success of all campaigns while serving as a point of contact for internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to ensure consistent and smooth delivery of all campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Product team to provide suggestions for improving the product.
  • Manage ongoing technical issues and work in close collaboration with the tech team to support daily operations, ensuring quick and efficient support to fix critical media trading situations.
  • Be hyper-responsive to team and client inquiries that demand immediate attention and quick turnaround time.
  • Work closely with the sales team to create pre-sales documents such as offers and rate cards.
  • Create internal reports, benchmarks, and analysis while working in collaboration with the marketing team.

About You

Previous experience of trafficking, optimizing, and troubleshooting in various DSPs is required (2/3 years). Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment, are essential. Advanced MS Excel skills are also required. Strong quantitative skills and the ability to draw insights from extremely large datasets are necessary. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
