About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Governance Trainee to join our team at Zurich Insurance. As a Data Governance Trainee, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our data assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the data governance team to develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and resolve data quality issues.
  • Develop and maintain data dictionaries and metadata repositories.
  • Provide training and support to data users on data governance best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of data governance metrics and reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, information technology, or business administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
