At ADP, we're seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Lead Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our data governance effort, you'll play a critical role in safeguarding our clients' and employees' data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in data discovery efforts to understand data sources within ADP
  • Guard client and employee data with metadata cataloging, data quality management, issue resolution, and security
  • Document and fulfill data governance use cases from multiple business units
  • Provide guidance to business data stewards on adherence to data governance policies, standards, and processes
  • Oversee technical fulfillment of metadata publication within our data governance toolset
  • Measure end-user engagement with our data governance tools and provide support and training
Requirements:
  • Subject matter expertise in data governance and data management practices
  • Demonstrated experience with data governance toolsets like Informatica, Alation, Collibra, etc.
  • Familiarity with the DCAM framework and/or DAMA wheel
  • General awareness of global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
