We are seeking a highly skilled Global Automotive Customer Service Representative to join our team at Msx International Inc.
Job OverviewThis is a full-time indefinite contract position that requires 40 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday. As a Global Automotive Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients across the globe.

Responsibilities- Customer Support: Provide top-notch customer support to clients across the globe, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Case Management: Manage complex cases from initiation to closure, ensuring all actions are logged and follow-up steps are taken where necessary.
- Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to the creation and updating of knowledge bases, FAQs, and training materials for customer service agents.
- Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues or inefficiencies and provide feedback to help improve the overall customer support process.
We are looking for candidates with:
- Native French Language skills
- Good level of Spanish and English language skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a persuasive and negotiation-focused attitude
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate across various departments and levels
- Ability to assess complex cases thoroughly and make informed decisions
- Multitasking skills to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously
- Attention to detail to understand all aspects of complex cases
- Strong problem-solving skills with logical thinking
- Conflict resolution skills with a team-oriented approach
- Adaptability to manage time pressure and changing priorities
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
- Full-time indefinite contract
- 40 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday
- 23 days of vacation plus 3 extra days
