About the Role: As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles, collaborating closely with client teams, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for tech positions, including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, IT Specialists, and other technical roles.
  • Collaborate with client teams to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and company culture.
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, such as LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Provide high-quality service and ensure a smooth recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics to track success and provide insights.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience with a focus on tech profiles.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service.
  • Strong knowledge of technical roles and the specific skills required for tech talent.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, as well as Japanese language proficiency, due to working with clients and candidates in Japan.
  • Experience in RPO projects or managing recruitment for external clients is a plus.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence decision-making at all levels.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000 - $115,000, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure includes a base salary and performance-based bonuses. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
