Your Role

As our Digital Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping us fulfill our mission. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively sourcing and identifying top tech talent through various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and tech MeetUps.
  • Overseeing the full recruitment cycle, from initial outreach and interviews to offer negotiations and onboarding.
  • Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, define job requirements, develop effective hiring strategies, and serve as an advisor on market trends and recruitment best practices.
  • Continuously evaluating and improving the recruitment process by introducing new tools, techniques, and strategies tailored to the tech industry to attract and retain top talent.
  • Actively engaging in employer branding initiatives, such as representing the company at tech events, webinars, and university talks to attract talent.
  • Leveraging recruitment data and analytics to track key metrics, report on progress, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Managing and leading specific projects related to talent acquisition, such as diversity hiring initiatives or campus recruitment programs.

We're Looking for

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in recruiting for tech roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment or tech company.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platforms.
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to optimize the hiring process and report on progress.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
