About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Strategy Consultant to join our team at NTT Data Europe & Latam. As a key member of our Talent Strategy Innovation team, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and evolving talent solutions, tools, and processes at the EMEAL level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in end-to-end projects, from design to implementation in the company's systems.
  • Collaborate in Talent Value Proposition customization projects, in the design and evolution of career paths for the different business units, and in the evolution of global talent processes and tools.
  • Support the local People teams in different countries and the business in implementations and change management plans.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in talent management areas.
  • Knowledge in talent management processes and tools.
  • Knowledge in change management and communication plans.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Valuable knowledge of other tools, such as PowerBI.
Desirable Skills
  • Ability to work in a global environment: understand and be sensitive to local or specific needs but at the same time offer a globally aligned solution (at EMEAL level).
  • Conceptualization skills: be able to define a new proposal from scratch leveraging your knowledge of talent, identifying needs and always aligned to the company's talent strategy.
  • Communication skills: ability to argue and present the results of their work to different interlocutors in the company.
  • Analytical skills: ability to identify key indicators to help define the solution, or to assess its level of implementation and impact.
  • Curiosity/innovation: interest in learning about new or diverse areas/solutions and seeking new approaches.
  • Quality orientation: detail-oriented person and pursuit of excellence.
  • Adaptability: ability to adapt easily to change, new contexts and situations and to manage an environment of uncertainty.
Language and Location

Spanish and English (C1) as a must. Other languages are valued. Preferably Spain.
