Junior Talent Management Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist in the development of process maps.

Your role will involve the documentation and procedural outlining of various activities.

You will provide support to different departments in documenting and defining their operational tasks.

Participation in shaping the corporate culture is a key aspect of this position, currently under definition.

Designing tools for the automation of tasks will be part of your responsibilities.

Additionally, you will analyze incidents and propose solutions aimed at continuous improvement.

Organizing internal processes effectively is essential.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (ADE)
  • Double degree including Business Administration
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics
  • Double degree including Economics
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Operations Management, if applicable

Skills:

  • Knowledge of Kaizen and/or Lean Process Management
  • Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies
  • Interest in technology
  • Empathy and active listening skills
  • Diplomatic approach and conflict resolution abilities
  • Leadership qualities
