As a Project Expeditor and Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact with customers, internal sales teams, and hubs during project execution. You will also be responsible for owning small project execution processes for orders with low complexity related to instrumentation, transmitters, and valves.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring customer orders are accurately processed and handled into the sales order system.
  • Leading communication with all involved parties to ensure timely and effective project execution.
  • Acting as the single point of contact after sales, keeping customers informed of potential order issues.
  • Monitoring profitability and pricing uplift during execution and ensuring activities are carried out in line with project requirements and procedures.
  • Handling customer disputes and Trade Compliance.
  • Participating in meetings related to defining CRM procedures and training users on the usage of the system.

As a successful candidate, you will have:

  • Experience in an order handling and customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of project management principles.
  • Good knowledge of contractual and commercial aspects.
  • English language proficiency (written/read/spoken).

Preferred qualifications that set you apart include:
