About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead the launch and growth of our new country operation. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, building a strong sales and operations structure, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a market entry strategy, leveraging our tried and tested playbook
  • Build and lead a team of sales and operations specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and prioritize relationships with key suppliers, partners, and experience providers, driving growth and revenue
  • Track and monitor key performance indicators, ensuring focus and execution on business objectives
  • Chart the path for future growth, identifying opportunities for expansion and developing a plan to achieve them
