About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Country Manager to lead our business operations in a new country. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for launching and growing our business in this new market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business strategy to drive growth and profitability in the new country
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of sales and operations specialists
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, partners, and experience providers
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators to drive focus and execution
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for future growth and expansion
Requirements
  • 4-10 years of work experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of successfully managing and growing a business unit, organization, or product line
  • Strong business acumen, including financial management, budgeting, and P&L responsibility
  • Experience working in diverse cultural contexts with agility to adapt to different business environments
  • Native of the country or lived in country for 10+ years
  • Full business proficiency of English and native country language (a third language is a plus)
