- Chart the path for future growth within the country, building a plan for expansion into new sub-categories
- Lead a team of sales and operations specialists, ensuring excellent customer service and meeting customer needs
You are a passionate and experienced leader, with a track record of successfully managing and growing business units, organizations, or product lines. You possess strong business acumen, including financial management, budgeting, and P&L responsibility. Your experience working in diverse cultural contexts has equipped you with agility to adapt to different business environments.
Requirements- 4-10 years of work experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex projects
- MBA from a top-tier school
- Native of the country (or lived in country for 10+ years)
- Full business proficiency in English and native country language (a third language is a plus)
- Demonstrated curiosity in and passion for travel
