About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Sales Operations to join our team at GoGlobal. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in optimizing the success of our sales operations by managing sales goals, forecasts, tools, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion in the global market.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Analyze and improve sales processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • CRM Management: Administer and maintain our CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry, reporting, and analytics.
  • Deal Desk Management: Manage the deal desk process to ensure timely and accurate deal closure, while maintaining a healthy and accurate pipeline.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key sales metrics, including pipeline growth, deal probabilities, margin percentages, win/loss rates, and tracking against KPIs/targets.
  • Training and Development: Provide sales process training and coaching to sales teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales operations in a B2B services or SaaS company.
  • HubSpot Expertise: Experience with HubSpot, with a deep understanding of HubSpot principles.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across diverse cultures.
  • Global Perspective: Experience working in a global environment, with a deep understanding of international markets and cultures.
