We have welcomed over one million nights rented through our platform, with more than 300,000 travelers from 169 countries. Our services include short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and vehicle sales.
This role involves working in our depot in Derio - Bilbao as an International Operations Intern. As a representative of our brand, you will provide exceptional customer service to guests during check-ins and check-outs, handle payments, and explain campervan functionalities.
You will be responsible for front-office activities such as customer service and sales, and back-office tasks including operations handling, quality control, and support activities. This includes aligning reservations with available campervans, verifying and preparing campers and road trip extras, maintaining campervans in top condition, and identifying maintenance needs.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and possess a valid driver's license. You should also be able to work in a dynamic environment, think creatively, and thrive under pressure.
As an International Operations Intern, you will receive online and on-the-job training to develop relevant skills, including guest relations, customer service, problem-solving, communication, team spirit, organization, time management, fleet coordination, supplies management, and logistics.
The estimated salary for this position is €18,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards. Compensation is included, and accommodation is not provided.
