Role Purpose:
The Credit & Collection Controller will seek to minimize Sibelco's exposure to credit risk and improve working capital through the continuous reduction in customer overdues considering Sibelco's policy and processes.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and execute the collection efforts and customer contact for the accounts-receivable portfolio.- Contact customers to discuss and manage payment status and debt levels and resolve queries which may arise (i.e. disputes, complaints)- Review and assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers- Contact customers to discuss and manage payment status and debt levels and resolve queries which may arise (i.e. disputes, complaints)- Review and assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers- Review the initial setup of any collateralization instruments offered to customers- Monitor payment terms and Commercial compliance to the Sibelco customer payment term policy- Collaborate with Commercial/Sales and Customer Service in the maintenance and management of their portfolios/customer accounts- Support Treasury within Sibelco’s factoring operations

About you:
- Bachelor's Degree in insurance or equivalent by experience- Prior experience in insurance role- English - proficient verbal & writing- Local language of the country of base and main operations - proficient verbal & writing
