**Digital Strategy Manager, Global Net Revenue Management**
Net Revenue Management (or Revenue Growth Management) is a major driver of PepsiCo’s future growth and is a key focus for accelerated investment in people, processes, and systems as we seek to build a business that continues to outgrow our peers and delivers against our Global vision to become even Faster, even Better and even Stronger.
Global NRM is a relatively new function (~3 years old) that has been created to accelerate the capabilities needed to underpin our future growth. Reporting into our Global CCO, Global Net Revenue Management works closely with commercial teams in regions and markets to ensure that we leverage advantaged capabilities & insights as we design pricing, promotion, mix and trade plans to compete and win in the market. The scope for the team covers all geographies, categories & channels within which PepsiCo operates, enabling team members to experience the full range of PepsiCo Global operations.
Digitalization is a major component of our Global Net Revenue Management Transformation, and PepsiCo is investing hard to build market leading data and AI/ML driven tools that deliver granular, market leading & real time insights to our businesses. This requires significant coordination across commercial, data and analytics / digital products & IT teams to deliver against that vision.
This role sits right at the heart of this Digital Transformation and supports the co-ordination the overall Digitalization program. The incumbent will help to set the strategy that prioritizes the right digital capabilities to drive competitive advantage, coordinate the roadmap to ensure capabilities are focused where they can drive the greatest top and bottom-line impact & put in place change management and governance frameworks to ensure effective adoption & value realization.
Reporting into a Global NRM Digital Strategy Director, this role would ideally suit a strategy professional looking to make a first move out of consulting into a major CPG. Ideally you would have had some exposure to Commercial project work within the CPG space as well as experience in designing and delivering scale Digital Transformation programs. Deep technical knowledge of AI/ML is not a prerequisite, nor is prior experience in Net Revenue Management / Revenue Management.
Alternatively, this role would also suit a commercial strategy professional looking to move from a business unit or sector level role, into a global role that offers the ability to drive change at a bigger scale whilst gaining digital transformation experience.
**Responsibilities**:
Support the Digital Strategy Director in developing the overall direction / roadmap for the program.
- Support strategic planning process, including stakeholder check-ins, integration into wider PEP processes (PSP, SDD).
- Co-ordinate development of Capability Horizons across core, TPM and Next Gen (AI driven) capabilities
- Coordinate BU level Roadmaps, integrating into sector processes as appropriate.
Support Strategic Projects in support of Digitalization Strategy, coordinating cross functional teams.
- Examples: TPX, NRM 3.0 definition, NRM Digital Op Model design, deployment approach codification.
- Work with Corp Strategy / External Consulting firms where appropriate.
Coordinate NRM Digital Governance processes partnering with the Enterprise Transformation Office
- Deliver materials for monthly SteerCo’s, highlight status and course correction.
- Manage NRM inputs into Sector Digital Councils, ensuring NRM shows up in a coordinated and integrated manner.
- Coordinate ETO processes to integrate NRM Digital Transformation into wider transformation priorities.
Drive the GBS agenda for NRM Digitalization (extensive given scope of the program).
- Support GBS North Star program to define GBS capability menu, ensuring fit for future roadmap.
- Partner with GBS Digital Factory to define future facing GBS requirements. Integrate with NRM Strategy.
Coordinate internal GNRM processes: PSP, AoP, PEC / SMM OpComm updates.
- Support Financial Planning and Budgeting processes with finance.
- Support comms around cultural transformation across target geos.
Support SVP and VP with materials for senior forums (ad-hoc).
- Assist senior leader and corporate updates - e.g. Global CCO, Global NRM Council, SMM, External BoD etc.
Qualifications:
- Strategy experience, preferably 1-2yrs+ in a top tier strategy firm.
- Able to frame complex strategic problems to facilitate direction setting.
- Project experience within a CPG, ideally some exposure to Commercial / NRM levers.
- Exposure to digital transformation, awareness of AI/ML tools.
- Strong comms - both written and verbal.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong results orientation.
