Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all finance-related tasks and processes from end to end, from day-to-day operations to supporting the company's goals through financing, optimization, and controlling.
  • Financial operations: Organize and optimize all core processes (Invoices, reimbursements, customer billing tickets...) with your one-person team.
  • Treasury: Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, and increase liquidity through external funds (loans, rounds...) while optimizing for ROI.
  • Data: Process raw and unstructured data through standard tools (Excel, Access, PowerBI) when searching for specific finance-related insights.
  • Strategy and controlling: Work on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure optimum resource allocation, aligned with the company strategy, and the rest of the leadership team.
  • Compliance: Ensure we're complying with financial regulations, accounting, tax laws, and lead audits or due diligence.
  • Team management: Lead your current team member to ensure growth, continuous coaching, and specialization while planning for scalability.
Requirements
  • Background: +3 years experience and a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Professional finance certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are preferred.
  • Finance Skills: Strong financial acumen and analytical skills to interpret and communicate complex financial data.
  • Comprehensive knowledge: Proficient in financial principles, practices, forecasting, analysis, Spain's and European regulations, and financial software tools, including ERP systems.
  • Leadership: Team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide.
  • Autonomous: Feel comfortable proactively proposing and implementing strategies and changes from end to end.
