- Process Management and Automation: Design, manage, and automate core processes, including onboarding and offboarding employees, account management, equipment administration, and software license management.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience gained through self-directed learning and experience.

- Skills: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems, proficiency in networking, familiarity with cloud services, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
