About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a decisive role in preserving our intellectual capital, assets, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the ISA Management Team and Business Development Team in multiple business development and strategic initiatives.
  • Work closely with the ISA Finance Senior Director to set up and implement key strategic initiatives.
  • Provide ad hoc information and analysis as required, leveraging BCG's central information resources.
  • Develop and implement business intelligence and analytics to support business decision-making.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across GEOs to drive project/program management.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in consulting firms, preferably at Project Leader/Engagement Manager level.
  • Excellent English skills, with Portuguese desirable.
  • Action-oriented and pragmatic, with robust project/program management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across groups and think digitally.
