As a key member of our Product Development organization, you will play a crucial role in creating, developing, and improving learning formats, training materials, manuals, and documentation for end users and consultants.

You will be part of a dynamic team that supports knowledge building and knowledge management both at the side of the customers and within OMP. Our team is responsible for developing and delivering high-quality content that helps our customers and consultants understand and use our OMP Solution effectively.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Content Specialist who meets the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Languages, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience can substitute for a degree.
- An excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
- The ability to explain complex topics in a straightforward and concise manner.
- A strong affinity with IT and a solid understanding of technical concepts.
- An analytical mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bonus Points
If you have experience in writing technical documentation, teaching, or technical training, that's a definite plus. Additionally, experience with supply chain planning or other relevant skills can be beneficial.
Soft Skills
We value team players who are accurate, analytical, and possess strong stakeholder management skills.
Hard Skills
As a Technical Content Specialist, you should have a strong background in technical writing, IT, and teaching.
Language Skills
We require English as the primary language, but proficiency in other languages is a plus.
