Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing financial data to identify cost-out opportunities, building trusted partnerships with the business to influence and support tactical and strategic decisions, and communicating data-driven insights to drive business actions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Analyze financial data to identify cost-out opportunities and develop recommendations for improvement
* Build trusted partnerships with the business to influence and support tactical and strategic decisions
* Communicate data-driven insights to drive business actions
* Identify risks and evaluate impact, proposing changes and implementing improvements to remediate gaps
* Supervise and own the financial and operational planning processes
* Hire, develop, and mentor peers and team members

**Basic Qualifications:**

* Degree
* Solid work experience in finance
* Ability to effectively communicate
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office

* Willingness to support an unpopular opinion if it is in favor of the customer
* Manage and prioritize workload and work towards multiple deadlines
* Demonstrated business acumen while influencing and managing cross-functional relationships
* Action-oriented in solving challenging business and technical issues
* Detail-oriented and a passion for data with the ability to accurately summarize and share the relevant details
