We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team in Northern Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all HR-related matters, including recruitment, payroll, and tax compliance, in line with Spanish regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all HR-related matters, including recruitment, payroll, and tax compliance, in line with Spanish regulations.
- Administer all matters related to Human Resources, including employee onboarding, benefits, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and objectives.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and General Manager to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in Spanish and English.
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources from a Spanish institute, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of Spanish labor laws, tax laws, and other regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the aerospace industry in Spain.
