Job Title: 1CALL Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 1CALL Support Specialist to join our team at Textron Aviation. As a key member of our Europe 1CALL team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls and collaborate with team members to ensure seamless support
  • Report daily metrics to leadership, including customer metrics, part status, and service issues
  • Properly identify AOG events and consult with lead to resolve customer issues
  • Assist with issue resolutions regarding critical parts, technical items, or service challenges
  • Log information into CSINFO in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support the Fleet Program organization and specific projects or objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • A&P License preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of relative customer support experience, preferably in the aviation industry
  • Proficiency in English and one other European language (Spanish or German preferred)
  • Ability to work independently without daily supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
