Job Title: 1CALL Support Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 1CALL Support Specialist to join our team at Textron Aviation. As a key member of our Europe 1CALL team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and collaborate with team members to ensure seamless support
- Report daily metrics to leadership, including customer metrics, part status, and service issues
- Properly identify AOG events and consult with lead to resolve customer issues
- Assist with issue resolutions regarding critical parts, technical items, or service challenges
- Log information into CSINFO in a timely and accurate manner
- Support the Fleet Program organization and specific projects or objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- A&P License preferred
- Minimum 2 years of relative customer support experience, preferably in the aviation industry
- Proficiency in English and one other European language (Spanish or German preferred)
- Ability to work independently without daily supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
