About the Role
We're looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of driving global sales and profit growth. As an International Sales Manager, Rail Automation, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading the sales organization to achieve global sales and profit goals.
- Owning the sales process for tenders in assigned regions, including pricing decisions and processes.
- Developing strategic business plans to exploit market opportunities and drive profitable growth.
- Building lasting customer relationships through collaboration with other areas and regions.
- Defining and driving cost improvement measures to reach target pricing in partnership with relevant departments and partners.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A university degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent English command and experience in global sales and business development.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or strategic consulting.
- Strong knowledge of rail automation systems and components.
- Drive for results and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel globally.
