Customer Service Representative for Slovenian-Speaking Clients

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for Slovenian-Speaking Clients. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Slovenian-speaking customers, ensuring their travel experiences are smooth and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Offer world-class customer service to Slovenian-speaking travelers by handling their inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer concerns related to travel bookings, accommodation, transportation, and services.
  • Travel Expertise: Help customers navigate our travel offerings, explain policies and procedures, and provide guidance on destinations, accommodations, and transportation options.
  • Booking and Reservation Assistance: Support customers with the booking process, ensuring that all bookings are accurate and meet the customer's expectations.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering personalized, friendly, and professional service.
  • Escalation of Complex Issues: Identify and escalate more complex or urgent customer inquiries to the appropriate departments or supervisors.
  • Product and Service Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the company's travel products, services, and promotions.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Collect customer feedback and report common issues to the relevant departments.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Slovenian: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Slovenian.
  • Located in or Willing to Relocate to Barcelona: You must be based in or willing to move to Barcelona to work in our vibrant office.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality industries, is highly valued but not required.
  • Proficient in English: You'll need a good command of English for internal communication.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You can convey information clearly and concisely, while maintaining a friendly, empathetic tone.
  • Passionate About Travel: You have a genuine interest in the travel industry and love helping customers.
  • Problem Solver: You're resourceful and creative in addressing customer issues.
