About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Lead to join our team. As a trusted advisor to our largest and most strategic customers, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and guidance to help resolve complex issues and drive customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on a wide range of Microsoft products and services, including Cloud, Azure, Identity, M365, CoPilot, Security, and Management.
  • Work closely with account teams and Customer Success Account Managers (CSAMs) to understand customer support issues and develop strategic programs to deliver world-class customer support outcomes.
  • Manage highly complex levels of escalated problems, involving a broad range of technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies and products, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and to develop new solutions and services.

Requirements

  • Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft products and services, including Cloud, Azure, Identity, M365, CoPilot, Security, and Management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, account teams, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of customer needs and expectations.
