Ancient Gaming, a pioneering software creator in the iGaming industry, is seeking a seasoned Director of Payments to lead our payment operations and drive innovation in payment processing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting and executing payment strategies that fuel our company's growth and align with our financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft and execute payment strategies that align with our financial goals and drive business growth
  • Oversee and optimize our payment systems, including digital wallets, credit card processing, bank transfers, and alternative payment methods
  • Implement robust fraud detection and risk management practices to ensure secure payment processing
  • Build relationships with payment service providers and financial institutions to negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective and reliable payment processing
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, and lead any relevant audits
  • Drive initiatives to expose payment data to our data warehouse for transaction monitoring and reporting
  • Work alongside the Product team to implement new payment functionality and improve transaction metrics
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience in payment systems management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of payment processing technologies, financial systems, and e-commerce platforms
  • Proficiency in managing various payment methods and platforms
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with payment analytics and reporting tools
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
