Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Payment Operations Specialist with a passion for ensuring seamless fiat and cryptocurrency transactions. In this role, you'll handle the full payment lifecycle from execution to reconciliation, working closely with banks and third-party providers to resolve any issues and improve efficiency. You'll play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering excellent service to customers.
Key Responsibilities- Execute and monitor daily fiat and cryptocurrency payments (on-ramp and off-ramp) for a global customer base.
- Reconcile payment flows, ensuring all funds are accurately credited and debited.
- Monitor transaction flows and resolve any issues or bottlenecks to maintain smooth payment operations.
- Collaborate with banks and third-party payment providers to address delays or issues in transactions.
- Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and other regulatory requirements related to payments.
- Provide timely and efficient customer support for payment-related queries, troubleshooting transaction errors when needed.
- Assist in the integration of new payment methods and gateways to expand service offerings.
- Prepare timely and accurate reports on payment operations for management review.
- Continuously improve and optimize payment processing procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Experience: 3-5 years in payment processing, banking, or financial operations.
- Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
- Familiarity with bank payment networks and cryptocurrency wallets.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot payment issues effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in transaction processing.
