Vill du arbeta i en dynamisk miljö där du har möjlighet att utveckla och leda ett härligt team? Vi söker en erfaren Customer Success Manager till vårt kontor i Stockholm. Som medlem av vårt team kommer du att arbeta med att bygga upp en effektiv supportorganisation, garantera professionell service till våra kunder och utveckla processer för att öka effektiviteten och kundnöjdheten.

Krav och ansvar

  • Erfarenhet av chefs- och/eller ledarskapsroller med personalansvar för kundtjänst
  • Erfarenhet av kundnära kontakter och god förmåga att hantera IT-relaterade behov
  • Flerårig erfarenhet av att utveckla och implementera rutiner, processer och arbetssätt, med god IT-kompetens och helhetssyn
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta med teknisk support, inklusive mjukvarulösningar och hårdvaruintegrationer
  • God kommunikativ förmåga både externt och internt inom organisationen
  • God taktisk och strategisk förmåga, det vill säga förstå när komplexa processer behöver brytas ner, utvecklas och implementeras
  • Brinnande intresse för och känsla för service, samt förmåga att sätta kunden i fokus
  • Positiv grundattityd och mycket pålitlig
  • God förmåga att uttrycka sig i tal och skrift på både svenska och engelska
  • Meriterande med erfarenhet från elbranschen
