About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative with native German language abilities to join our team in Barcelona. As a Phone Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the Swiss market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish trust with customers through effective communication and representation of our company values.
  • Provide first-level support for domains, email, hosting, dedicated and virtual servers, and website creation tools.
  • Detect customer needs and advise on product purchases.
  • Maintain a commercial attitude and follow up with customers via email, chat, and/or telephone.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to the second-level support team.

Requirements:
