As a highly skilled and motivated Consulting Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic transformation of leading global companies, addressing pressing challenges within our key industry Financial Services as well as our key domains Cybersecurity, Data & Analytics, and ESG/Climate Tech.

Responsibilities
  • Support Trusted Leadership in Insurance Operations or Technology: Leverage your expertise in Insurance IT & Operations to support senior leaders in client situations.
  • Client Relationships & Engagements: Build and develop client relationships while ensuring work of the highest quality, supporting senior leaders in client engagements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, developing and coaching team members.
  • Cross & Upselling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling ALAIKA's services to existing clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • IP Development: Own key IP parts and maintain/develop them according to the latest client projects and market developments.
Requirements
  • Relevant Experience: 5+ years of full-time professional experience in the insurance sector of a top-tier consultancy and within the DACH or EU corporate insurance domain.
  • Education: Outstanding degree in an analytical field from a top-tier university or an outstanding track record outside of university.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English; additional languages such as German are a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Proactive, takes ownership, and prefers to ask for forgiveness rather than permission.
