About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Sales and Marketing Advisor to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers, identifying sales opportunities, and acquiring new advertisers within the small and medium business (SMB) space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research and outreach
  • Provide consultative services to customers to understand their business goals and develop tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives
Requirements
  • Native Dutch speaker with a good level of English (at least B2)
  • High school degree or bachelor's degree
  • Proven sales or marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of online marketing products and services
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Drive for excellence and professionalism
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
