Customer Experience Manager

Leading Edge Aviation is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team in Alhama, Murcia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across all non-training related aspects of the student journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Centre Manager and Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement customer experience strategies that meet the needs of our students.
  • Lead and motivate the Customer Experience team to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Manage the business' bedstock, including forecasting and ensuring sufficient availability to meet student requirements.
  • Maintain positive relationships with accommodation owners and negotiate to secure additional bedstock when required.
  • Oversight of external accommodation management, including maintenance and utilities, to ensure all sites are safe and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Advise on complex accommodation queries or issues surrounding in-house occupants.
  • Oversee the daily transport service, including timetabling and staff coverage.
  • Manage visa applications for UK students travelling to Spain and provide welfare and support services to students.
  • Investigate and respond to complaints, escalating across the business when required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills and ability to work on own initiative.
  • Confident and effective people management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to any given situation and have a clear understanding of cultural differences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications, CRM, and training programmes.
  • Previous managerial experience, preferably in the customer experience sector.
