Job Summary

The Sales Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining Power BI reports to support and drive sales activity. This position requires a strong understanding of company data generation and manipulation, as well as collaboration with IT and other departments at a global level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create complex Power BI reports with custom measures and parameters to support sales activity
  • Develop datasets that meet analyst needs and incorporate external data, such as target or support tables
  • Participate in regional and global projects
  • Collaborate with IT departments to define processes and data requirements
  • Support the team with data validation
  • Maintain knowledge of various systems and programs used by sales, including Power BI, Power Query, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience with strong expertise in Power BI and Excel
  • Fluent English is mandatory
  • Preferred degree in Engineering, IT, or Economics
  • Fast learner with a proactive approach
  • Interest in data analysis and learning new software
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently
  • Professional presence
