Job Summary

The Sales Operations Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by creating and maintaining complex Power BI reports. This individual will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of the company's data generation and manipulation processes, ensuring seamless collaboration with IT and other departments at the global level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report Development: Create custom Power BI reports with advanced measures and parameters to drive sales activity and support business decisions.
  • Data Analysis: Develop datasets that meet analyst needs, incorporating external data sources, such as target or support tables.
  • Project Participation: Contribute to regional and global projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with IT departments to define processes and data requirements, driving continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Data Validation: Support the team with data validation, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • System Knowledge: Maintain expertise in various systems and programs used by sales, including Power BI, Power Query, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, to troubleshoot and support learning in the field.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, with strong expertise in Power BI and Excel.
  • Language: Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Education: Preferred degree in Engineering, IT, or Economics.
  • Skills: Fast learner, initiative-taker, interest in data analysis, and learning new software.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Professional Presence: Exhibit a professional presence.
