Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer II to join our Edgard & Cooper integration team at General Mills. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products, while also driving business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Support the integration of Edgard & Cooper according to FSRM Standard 1, ensuring seamless alignment with General Mills' quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Quality, and Operations, to identify and mitigate risks, and drive process improvements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including Edgard & Cooper and other stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong technical knowledge of quality and safety principles, with experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ability to travel regularly to ESC locations, primarily in Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
