**Job Summary**
Kerry is a leading global taste and nutrition company, and we're seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the Company's Quality, HACCP, Health, Safety, and Environmental preventative program is implemented and maintained across our sites.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive the Kerry-path for the site strategy in Quality, Health, Safety & Environment, and serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for the management team.
- Manage procedures, statistical techniques, and design or specify inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment.
- Collaborate with customers, operators, and suppliers to address issues related to the assigned area.
- Develop and implement performance monitoring systems to improve performance visibility and accuracy, focusing on Manufacturing metrics and QHSE metrics.
- Manage the preventive and corrective actions systems to enhance the performance of internal processes, including accidents and non-conformity management.
- Support current product productions by driving issue-solving and continuous improvements.
- Assess risk status of raw materials and establish testing/release criteria.
- Manage the QHSE system processes, including QHSE assessment and audits, documentation control, and corrective and preventive actions management.
- Ensure Company compliance to the HACCP System and Laws.
- Conduct periodic audits to verify Department complaints to QHSE.
**Requirements**
- University Degree in a scientific field.
- Microbiology experience.
- Health and safety complementary studies are a must.
- Environmental experience is needed.
- Experience in a multinational company with specific group standards.
