Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emerging Creator Operations Manager to join our team at TikTok. As a key member of our Strategy team, you will be responsible for creating and deploying strategies to mobilize emerging creators in Spain to meet Emerging Revenue & Growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and deploy strategies to mobilize emerging creators in Spain to meet Emerging Revenue & Growth targets.
  • Define strategies and operational actions for different creator layers, including those who have not gone live, have gone live recently, and those with varying income levels.
  • Monitor overall revenue growth and meet monthly targets.
  • Monitor and maintain data structures for different creator layers.
  • Coordinate the creation and deployment of video ads to promote going live against defined layers.
  • Plan, write copy, and deploy in-app push notifications to increase go live rate and monetization.
  • Create educational plans for emerging creators, including deciding on education types, creating a monthly schedule, and deploying content.
  • Build an emerging creators community, decide on the best channel, and be the face of the community.
  • Create, configure, and launch emerging campaigns (competitions) with rewards, customizing campaigns to defined emerging layers and monitoring their effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Experience in strategy, growth, education, or creator management roles.
  • Strong project management and organization skills.
  • Comfortable reading and manipulating data on a daily basis, with the ability to generate hypotheses from data and continuously iterate approach.
  • Proven ability to adapt well to a startup environment, juggle multiple tasks, and wear different hats.
  • Excellent verbal and written language skills, with proficiency in English, Spanish, and Italian to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in tech or content platforms.
  • Understanding and previous experience working within livestream ecosystems and applications.
  • Ability to converse in other languages.
