About the Role

Fever is a leading global live-entertainment discovery tech platform, and we're seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission to democratize access to culture and entertainment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead one of our team verticals, defining the strategy, refining KPIs, managing a multidisciplinary team, and being responsible for execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior management across all teams and locations.
  • Work in a cross-functional team to launch and scale complex projects with different workstreams.
  • Define and support the strategy of your vertical and the scalability of projects.
  • Ensure individual team members are effective and define their goals to assure success.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to team members.
  • Execute analysis of business opportunities and processes.
  • Analyze performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, and implement short-mid and long-term solutions to improve it.
About You

We're looking for a candidate with a project management or startup/consulting background, with at least 7 years of experience. You should be fluent in English and Spanish, with strong analytical and organizational skills, and experience in large team management. You should also be solution-focused, with an entrepreneurial spirit, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
