About the Role

Fever, a leading global live-entertainment discovery tech platform, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the entire life cycle management of big events, from sales and legal contract signing to event final closing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire life cycle of big events, including sales, legal, and operational aspects.
  • Be the main point of contact between stakeholders, including event organizers, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Work closely with the sales and legal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Communicate product needs and process requirements to HQ and work with the product/engineering team to deliver on them.
  • Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A documentation to support user support teams.
  • Ensure all project requirements are properly documented and prioritized.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results in an ambiguous environment.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and handle large amounts of work and parallel work-streams.
  • Fluent English and Spanish, with other languages a plus.
  • Strong academic background and entrepreneurial mindset.
