TikTok is seeking a highly skilled Live Agency Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our LIVE Operations team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with locally based agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish potential cooperations with agencies, media companies, and organizations that focus on live-streaming.
  • Manage internal and cross-functional projects across the live-streaming agency ecosystem.
  • Support the creation of LIVE operations policies, contracts, education tools, and terms for agencies while working with cross-functional teams globally.
  • Guide the existing agency portfolio across operational topics such as education, training, and shared operational services.
  • Provide strategic guidance to agencies regarding variety and quality of content verticals.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or above.
  • 4+ years of experience related to, comparable to, or relevant to the live-streaming or entertainment industry.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English to manage Spanish-speaking creators.
  • Professional, patient, and skillful communicator.
  • Result-oriented, good data analysis skills, and capacity for pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network with influencers, celebrities, or live-streaming platforms or an affinity for it.
  • Passion for the creator economy and its enormous potential.
