Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm and personalized welcome to guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Act as a liaison between guests and hotel departments, facilitating seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of hotel services, sharing ideas and suggestions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, ensuring their loyalty and encouraging repeat visits.
  • Manage online and phone reservations, check-in and check-out processes, and maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.
  • Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate, to enhance the guest experience.
  • Support the hotel bar and prepare simple snacks for guests, ensuring a high level of service and quality.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to meet guest needs.
  • Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and French, with any additional languages being a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a keen sense of customer needs and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • A desire to grow in the hospitality sector and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
