Key Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Ensure a personalized and warm welcome to our guests, prioritizing their well-being and comfort.
- Communication: Facilitate communication between guests and hotel departments, providing a seamless experience.
- Quality Improvement: Continuously improve the quality of our hotel services, encouraging guest feedback and suggestions.
- Loyalty Program: Foster guest loyalty by providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience.
- Financial Management: Assist with financial tracking of revenues and ensure the safety of property and people.
- Night Shift Responsibilities: In the absence of management, oversee hotel activities, including closing, cash collection, and anticipating next-day needs.
- Check-in and Check-out: Perform all check-in and check-out tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Reservations: Manage online and phone reservations, providing guests with accurate information.
- Room Assignment: Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Information Provision: Provide guests with information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities.
- Complaint Resolution: Respond to client complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Housekeeping Liaison: Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to meet guest needs.
- Group Reservations: Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees.

- Breakfast Support: Assist with breakfast shift, ensuring a well-presented buffet and adequate supplies.
Requirements
- Interpersonal Skills: Possess a strong team spirit and keen sense of interpersonal skills, being attentive to guest needs.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Spanish, and French is required, with any additional languages being an asset.
