Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to serve as the Provider Contracting Director for our Europe region. This role will be responsible for setting the strategy and leading the team of professionals focused on contracting with healthcare providers and third-party administrators to provide access to care for our customers in Europe.

About the Role: As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for governance and capability for our International Organizations (IO) line of business within Cigna International Health (IH). You will guide the network strategy and oversee relationships with vendors to ensure seamless delivery of healthcare services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
