At The HR Chapter, we are seeking a highly skilled Professional Growth Specialist to lead our internal platform for Coach4Expats. This role involves creating and implementing strategic content to foster a dynamic community focused on job searching.
About the JobWe offer a unique opportunity for a talented individual to join our team as a Professional Growth Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and moderating our online community platform, maintaining a positive and collaborative environment. Your key objectives include:
- Content Creation: Develop and execute webinars and educational programs centered around professional growth and job searching.
- Community Engagement: Collaborate with the Coach4Expats team to create engaging content that drives member interaction.
- Metric Analysis: Track and analyze community metrics to enhance the user experience.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bilingual Fluency: Proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Online Community Management Experience: Proven track record in content creation and community engagement.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Interest in Professional Development: Passion for helping others achieve their career goals.
