About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Marketing Executive to support in delivering the JD brand's global marketing vision across the Spanish market. To advance the JD brand, maximising awareness and connection to the consumers to deliver strategies and initiatives for the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement activation strategies aligned with organisational goals and brand objectives.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a range of events, from large-scale product launches to intimate VIP gatherings.
  • Work closely with marketing, retail, 3PB, Partnerships, social and influencers teams to ensure seamless execution of activations and events.
  • Manage budgets for activations and events, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Identify, negotiate with, and manage external vendors and partners for event-related services.
  • Evaluate the success of activations and events through post-event analysis, including ROI metrics and attendee feedback.
  • Provide guidance and establish healthy working relationships with the team and agencies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management and activations, with a track record of successfully executing high-impact campaigns.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic activation plans aligned with brand objectives.
  • High English level: C1.
  • Budget Management: Proficient in managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external partners.
