The primary working area is Galicia, with expectations for residence in Coruña or Vigo.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement technical and educational initiatives, aligning with the Country Business Plan through collaboration with the Sales Manager and other departments, such as marketing.
  • Serve as the technical authority for the CA solutions team, offering expert support to clients and becoming proficient in our product offerings.
  • Provide assistance during procedures and troubleshoot issues for the sales team and clients as needed.
  • Contribute to the creation of training programs for employees and clients, preparing educational materials and conducting sessions for healthcare professionals in partnership with the Sales force and Training & Education teams.
  • Support the sales team during client presentations and assist in the introduction of new products and therapies through clinical insights and contributions to marketing materials.
  • Collaborate in achieving Annual Operating Plan (AOP) goals by providing technical and clinical support to both the CAS team and external clients.
  • Accurately report market trends, competitive information, and account metrics in a timely manner.
  • Document all product-related incidents, including customer feedback and compliance issues, following established protocols.
  • Complete all administrative tasks and reports diligently and punctually, including inventory and stock movement documentation, while providing regular activity updates to the Sales Manager.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the medical device sector, particularly in a hospital operating room setting.
  • Familiarity with Electrophysiology procedures and products.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrix environment, collaborating effectively with sales teams, healthcare professionals, and hospital staff.
  • Capability to work independently on projects while maintaining a broad perspective across Spain.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, across all organizational levels.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
