About the Role

As a Strategic Pricing Manager in our Spanish office, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our pricing strategy and optimize trade spend.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Design and manage promotional activities to drive sales volume and enhance brand visibility
  • Orient solutions towards revenue growth vs cost optimization

You will work closely with our Sales team and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business goals. Your expertise in pricing strategy and trade spend optimization will be instrumental in driving results behind one of our organization's most critical strategic pillars.

Requirements
  • University Bachelor ideally complemented with Postgraduate Degree in Business School (e.g. MBA)
  • FMCG required experience
  • Strong experience and knowledge of commercial functional areas
  • Expertise on RGM tools and demonstrated experience on working with RGM methodology and tools

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at €80,000 - €100,000 per year, based on your qualifications and experience, as well as relocation support for the right candidate.
