About the Role:

As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing client relationships for S&P Global's Credit and Risk Solutions (C&RS) Team. This dynamic group is dedicated to expanding the Credit and Risk Solutions portfolio, which includes Credit Solutions, Risk Solutions, and Third-Party Risk.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and fostering strong relationships with clients to achieve revenue targets and meet strategic account objectives.
  • Building and maintaining knowledge of current industry and economic events impacting clients and the relevance of C&RS products.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to addressing client needs and maximizing cross-sell opportunities.
  • Mentoring junior members of the sales organization and sharing expertise to foster a collaborative and supportive environment.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of credit workflows and personas, with prior experience selling to or interacting with credit professionals being a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with confidence in client interactions both in-person and virtually.
  • A proven ability to think creatively to drive solutions that meet client needs using the C&RS suite of solutions.
  • A demonstrated track record of collaborating with sales teams and other stakeholders across the C&RS business and the broader Market Intelligence division.
