Job Title: Head of Restaurants

At SLS Barcelona, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Restaurants to join our pre-opening team. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for directing the operations of all our restaurants and bars, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement service standards and procedures to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of restaurant and bar staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and control operational expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Food and Beverage to develop and implement marketing strategies and promotions.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage products meet the highest quality standards and are presented effectively.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best possible products and services.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a senior management role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional service and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and suppliers.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with a strong understanding of local market trends and preferences.
